We all have our talents; some people can design trendsetting haute couture clothing from plastic bags, others can bear their soul on stage in front of 200,000 festival goers or create Michelin star cuisine so exquisite it makes you want to cry.

Our talent is pragmatism.

When we hear a brief, everything comes in to focus. We’re able to clearly envisage all those potential pitfalls and practicalities, the legalities, the snags and the stresses. We anticipate it all then find ourselves fluently recalling all the necessary regulations, legislations and optimal provisions. For a brief moment we essentially become Neo from the Matrix, but for Health and Safety.

In 2010, we decided to use these powers for good and founded HornerSalus with the mission of making the world a safer place to work and play.

We set out to burst the bubble of mainstream thinking around Health and Safety professionals. You know the stereotype - the pedantic, uptight bureaucrat with a penchant for clipboards and citing indecipherable regulatory code. This was not our style.

Our solution was a different approach.
